已经抓着票的可以等一等~还没有进票的，最好不要进场~毕竟现在这个时候，收购不成的话会直接被大环境因素影响！现在的大环境表面上大风暴已过去，看是已经恢复风平浪静的迹象，但其实还是有险象环生的暗流存在~如果股市那么容易被看透，就不会那么多人死在股海了~静观其变吧~

Announcement Details/Table Section : Reference is made to the announcements made in relation to the Proposal (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined herein, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements. Further to the Company’s announcement dated 31 January 2011, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Company, wishes to announce that Navis Asia VI Management Company Ltd (“Navis”) has, vide its letter dated 28 March 2011 (“Said Letter”), informed the Company that as at the date of the Said Letter it has completed and found satisfactory the legal and financial due diligence in respect of the entire business and undertaking of Latexx. Further, Latexx and Navis have today agreed to an extension of six (6) weeks for the exclusivity period, to expire on 15 May 2011, to finalise the terms and conditions of the Definitive Agreement and other relevant documentation. This announcement is dated 31 March 2011.

我已经卖掉了~个人对他的管理层没有信心！宁愿赚少一点，也不想被套在不注重股东的公司~

Alliance Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Company, wishes to announce that the exclusivity period granted to Navis Asia VI Management Company Ltd (“Navis”) in relation to the Proposal has expired on 15 May 2011 and the parties to the Proposal have not been able to agree on the definitive terms of the Proposal. Accordingly, Latexx wishes to announce that the Proposal is aborted.
