立通国际2378万售罄立通亚洲股权

（吉隆坡7日讯）立通国际（REDtone International Bhd）以3831万人民币（2378万令吉）悉数脱售在立通亚洲（REDtone Asia Inc）的92.31%股权，予Million Vision Development International Ltd。

立通国际今日向大马交易所报备，此举是简化和合理化营运，包括脱售非创收子公司。

这家电讯服务供应商指出，金额将通过两种方式获得。

首先，买家将承担立通国际欠立通亚洲与子公司的2131万人民币（1323万令吉）；1700万人民币（1055万令吉）的余额则将以现金支付。

根据立通国际，自2010年投资在立通亚洲的原始投资成本约为7543万令吉。

截至7月31日，立通亚洲的账面价值大约是1682万令吉。

Million Vision是在今年4月28日成立于香港的投资控股公司。目前的董事兼股东是Chan Wa Faat。

立通T3基建料明年竣工

（吉隆坡12日讯）立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）董事经理拿督魏俊明表示，砂拉越和柔佛的TIME 3（T3）基建计划，料将于截至2017年4月30日财年的下半年完工。

魏俊明表示，T3基建计划是一项乡区网络覆盖的基站建设计划，总值8800万令吉，共有83个基站，分布在砂拉越与柔佛。

“至于柔佛的无线网路（WIFI）中心计划，已于去年竣工，该计划将为柔州提供免费的WIFI服务，我们也有意将这计划拓展至其它州属。”

他称，立通国际正进军业界数码服务（IDS）市场，其中包括云端服务（Cloud services）、物联网（IoT）以及医疗领域，相信未来会成为公司营业额的主要贡献者之一。

“我们今年与华为在云端基础设施服务方面，缔结策略伙伴关系， 在物联网方面与Unified Inbox合作，而医疗方面则与柔佛医药保健（KPJ，5878，主板贸服股） 合作。”

立通国际总执行长刘必顺补充，我国的云端服务市值于2014年达到1700万美元（约7138万令吉），预计未来有可能达到1亿美元（约4.2亿令吉）的市值。

“在本地市场的云端服务业者较少，预计云端服务有取得可观的市占率。”

魏俊明表示，目前公司营业额的主要贡献来自电信服务（Telco）与管理式电信网络服务（MTNS），各占一半比重。

他指，公司已向大马通讯与多媒体委员会（MCMC）提呈数亿令吉的竞标项目，并有信心获得部分项目，惟未透露项目内容。

提及2017年预算案期望，魏俊明则希望政府能多注重郊外，尤其在沙巴与砂拉越。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡21日讯）立通国际（REDtone International Bhd）第三季净亏从上财年同期的720万令吉，收窄至362万令吉，因同期出现商誉减值以及停止营运带来的亏损。

这家宽频和数码服务供应商今日公布，截至1月杪的2017财政年第三季，营业额从3868万令吉，降至3743万令吉，主要因为脱售中国子公司Redtone Asia Inc后，电讯服务业务的收入走低。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，单看持续营运的业务，营业额实际上按年增长。

“3740万令吉的营业额完全来自持续营运业务的收入，比去年同期的3230万令吉高出15.7%，主要由于数据服务和LTE共享收入增长。”

截至1月杪的2017财年首8个月，立通国际净亏741万令吉，营业额为1亿1514万令吉。

该集团没有提供比较数据，因财年末由5月31日改至4月30日。

展望未来，立通国际预计，余下财年的营运环境依旧具挑战。

立通国际由大亨丹斯里陈志远通过成功集团（Berjaya Corp Bhd）控有，持股51.72%。柔佛苏丹依布拉欣殿下也持17.91%。

聚焦3大业务
立通国际放眼明年转盈

（吉隆坡12日讯）在脱售亏损业务和重组企业架构后，立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）有信心在2018财年转亏为盈，并看好旗下3大业务的营业额在来年都会增长。

总执行长刘必顺接受《南洋商报》独家专访时指出，上财年公司一直在强化营运模式，并积极脱售在中国蒙受亏损业务，以继续专注在本地市场。

“公司上财年末季，其实已经开始转亏为盈，并录得近350万令吉的净利。”

立通国际在去年10月时，以3831万人民币（约2378万令吉），脱售自2014年起持续亏损的中国子公司——立通亚洲有限公司全数或92.31%股权。

冀IDS贡献10%

另一方面，刘必顺预计，公司3大业务，包括电信服务、管理式电信网络服务（MTNS）和业界数码服务（IDS）的营业额，在2018财年也会有所增长。

其中，他点出包括云端服务、物联网（IoT）、数据中心以及医疗领域的IDS业务，将会有显著增长。

“公司放眼，IDS业务将在2018财年，贡献公司总营业额的10%。”

无论如何，他指出，电信服务和MTNS业务仍是公司最主要的收入来源，他也有信心这2项业务在2018财年，会超越上财年的表现。

“这2项业务的营业额贡献，都是属于经常收入，电信服务每年营业额创新高。而MTNS的营业额是源自于长达3至5年的合约。”

根据公司最新财报，电信服务和MTNS在2017财年的营业额，分别录得8429万4000令吉和6846万8000令吉，一共占总营业额的97%；而IDS则只贡献376万3000令吉或占约3%。

续投资云端服务

刘必顺指出，云端项目与公司其他业务环环相扣，因此，将继续投资在该项目里。

“公司已有商家对商家（B2B）的云端服务flexicloud，而云端在物联网以及数据中心的业务里，也扮演至关紧要的角色。”

他也透露，每年都会花费1000万令吉，强化各业务的基建和设备。

另外，刘必顺认为，要进行数字转型的企业，可利用云端服务提供的方便捉紧商机，以及最大化经商效率。

另一方面，虽然立通国际刚退出中国市场，但刘必顺点出，只要良机浮现，公司不排除会重返该区域。

加强赚幅管制成本．立通国际首季转盈

（吉隆坡20日讯）立通国际（REDTONE,0032,创业板贸服组）加强赚幅和管制成本，截至2017年7月31日止首季转亏为盈，净利报109万9000令吉，此前净亏115万7000令吉。

首季营业额则下滑21.36%至3023万3000令吉。

该公司董事部透过文告表示，基于部份业务结束营运，且电讯管理网络业务收入减少，以致营业额下滑。

展望未来，按宏观经济及市场环境来看，董事部认为营运环境挑战依旧。

（吉隆坡5日讯）立通国际（REDTONE,0032,创业板贸服组）基于旗下电讯部门的数据服务业务成长持稳，乐观看好截至2018年4月30日现财政年可取得盈利。

立通国际集团首席执行员刘必顺说：“我对公司接下来几季保持成长动力有信心，通讯服务与通讯网络服务业将继续带动盈利成长。”

他是在立通国际股东常年大会后向记者发表上述谈话。

立通次季转盈130万

（吉隆坡16日讯）立通国际（REDTONE，0032，创业板）截至10月31日次季转亏为盈，净赚130万令吉或每股0.17仙；上财年同季为净亏263万4000令吉或每股0.34仙。

立通国际昨天向交易所报备，营业额则按年下跌25.89%至2909万3000令吉。

次季所有营业额贡献来自持续营运的业务，达2910万令吉，但仍比上财年同期持续营运业务的3640万令吉，还少20.1%。

管理电讯网络服务业务，因为项目活动减少，取得营业额较低，而电信和工业数字服务则录得增长。

该公司称，上财年同期营业额达3925万7000令吉，是纳入了已终止业务营业额的290万令吉。

次季从税前亏损转为税前盈利157万6000令吉，主要因为总赚幅增加。

累计半年，净赚239万9000令吉，转亏为盈；营业额有5932万6000令吉，跌23.65%。【e南洋】
