- Proposed Renewal of Authority to Purchase Its Own Ordinary Shares by the
Company ("Proposed Share Buy-Back Renewal)
The Board of Directors of SAAG wishes to announce that the Company intends to
seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Share Buy-Back Renewal
at the forthcoming 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Statement in relation to the Proposed Share Buy-Back Renewal will be
