lolz~~~breast size is not to decide the whether produce milk or not lei... u over think liao
but some my colleagues say should pitch...hahaha~~~ every ppl say one words, sometimes also confusing.
but mine sometimes too itchy, so i will tickle it just to clean it. and sometimes the water come out own, only i start to pitch.
