The Board of Directors of PMAH wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 September 2024, entered into the following agreements for purpose of setting up a strategic joint venture to establish and operate an alumina refinery plant, a power plant, a jetty, and supporting infrastructure (“Proposed Joint Venture”): (a) shareholders’ agreement with PT Alakasa Alumina Refineri ("AAR"), PT Dinamika Sejahtera Mandiri ("DSM") and KAN ; and (b) share subscription agreement with AAR, DSM and KAN.
