拉慕尼亞回拒Sapura Acergy合約-3rd Feb 2008

（吉隆坡2日訊）拉慕尼亞（RAMUNIA，7206，二板貿服股）宣佈，旗下獨資子公司拉慕尼亞裝配（Ramunia Fabricators）私人有限公司，拒絕接受Sapura Acergy私人公司600萬令吉的氣體輸送管相關合約。


拉慕尼亞表示，該公司不願意為改良后的氣體輸送管產品定價，並認為其價值低于該公司以往的合約價值。

該公司是在去年9月接獲Sapura Acergy的意向書，以建造氣體輸送管的相關產品，作為吉利地（KIKEH）深海油田發展區域的氣體輸送管工程。

这让我体会到，RAMUNIA放弃SAPURAACERGY的工作,绝对是对的选择。

（１）压了你的价，丢了Profit Margin，再大场工你都不愿做
（２）RAMUNIA 可能自认没大头，不戴大帽，免亏钱
（３）有MISC和PETRONAS撑着，只想拿大Contract，小鱼就留给其他人吧。。。

RAMUNIA 的决策，绝对有利。

Announcement Details : We refer to our announcement dated 28 January 2008 and 30 January 2008 with regards to the above. The Board of Directors of Ramunia is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiaries Ramunia International Services Limited (“RISL”) and Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd (“RFSB”) have on 26 February 2008 received the stamp copy of the executed agreement dated 20 February 2008 with ONGC for the entire scope of works including but not limited to Surveys (pre-engineering, pre-construction/ pre-installation and post-installation) Design, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Anticorrosion & Weight coating (in case of Rigid pipeline), Load out, Tie down/ Sea fastening Tow-out/Sail-out, Transportation, Installation, Hook-up, Installation of Submarine pipeline, and Modifications on existing facilities, Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning (wherever applicable) as per ONGC tender for B-193 Field Development Project. The contract is valued at approximately USD 685.0 million or approximately RM2.2 billion which consist of Central Processing Platform, four Wellhead Platforms (Utility), Living Quarter platform, two flare units, bridges and installation of approximately 120 km pipeline. Also included in the contract are retrofit works on an existing platform that will be tied-in to this development. The B-193 cluster field is located in the Heera-Panna-Bassein block of Bombay Offshore basin, about 60-90 km west of Mumbai city in water depth ranging from 60 to 75 meters. ONGC is a leading Oil & Gas Exploration & Production (E&P) Company in Asia. The Works will contribute positively towards the earning of Ramunia Group for the financial years 2008-2010.
