新财年新政策
Carlsberg净利全派股东
2018年2月17日
（莎阿南17日讯）向来派息豪爽的皇帽（CARLSBG，2836，主板消费产品股），在新财年将设新股息政策，未来会将净利全数派息回馈股东。
皇帽董事经理雷盟日前在分析员和媒体汇报会上指出，虽然之前一直稳定派息，但集团之前股息政策是派发50至70%净利。为确保股东将得到应有回馈，集团以后将会每季派发股息，而且会将100%净利全数派出。
皇帽计划会在每季度派发至少75%的净利做股息，剩余的会在末季一次过派送给股东。
“如果现今有盈余，我们也会考虑派发特别股息。”
同时，该集团宣布派发每股11仙的特别股息及每股66仙的终期股息。
累计2017财年总股息达到每股87仙，相等于全年净利的114.5%。
雷盟也解释，新的股息政策是派发至少100%净利做股息，因此股东不必担心集团此举是降低派息率。
“目前集团的负债率接近为零，因此有必要的话我们会稍微举债来加强资本架构，确保股东得到应有的股息回报。”
其他出席者还有皇帽新加坡区总经理奥利弗杜博斯特，以及集团财务总监林志杰。
去年净利增7.9%
世界杯推动今年涨幅
皇帽集团周三公布截至去年12月底末季业绩，净赚5000万6000令吉，年增6.2%；全年则录得7.9%的净利增长，达2亿2116万5000令吉。
展望未来，雷盟看好今年录得销售增长，主要有四年一度的世界杯足球赛的推动，以及高端品牌的出色表现。
狮城售价随消费税涨
新加坡业务方面，有关最近该国传即将调涨消费税一事，雷盟称，若最终落实涨税，将会调涨售价来应对，将成本转嫁给消费者。
“税务上涨将导致成本走高，而我们一般只有两个选择：吸纳新税或调整售价。”
去年末季，皇帽新加坡业务的营运净利按年跌49.2%，归咎于调整交易的报价，而需支付1380万令吉。
“这次的报价应该会是最后一波金额较大的调整，预计未来相似情况不会再出现。”
高端品牌不惧私酒抢滩
雷盟称，集团将继续积极推动旗下高档品牌的增长，且他不担忧会因此受到价格较低的私酒市场威胁。
他认为，客户会青睐皇帽的高档品牌，是因为喜爱产品顺滑的口感，而这一品质是私酒产品所无法提供的。
国内私酒市占有下滑的迹象。根据皇帽的内部预测，去年有5至10%的私酒客户，转投合法酒精市场的怀抱。
不过，雷盟点出，虽然私酒在西马并不太受待见，仅占市占的10至15%，但是在东马市场的情况则相对比较恶劣，当地的私酒市占达到80至85%。
“虽然私酒会对我们构成一定的威胁，但私烟冲击香烟市场的情况不一样，酒精市场不会因为私酒问题遭受巨大影响。”
2新高层亮相
皇帽集团也在汇报会上介绍两位刚上任的新高层亮相登场，预示新年新人事新作风。
第一位是在本月12日时上任的新财务总监林志杰。除了掌管财务，他也会身兼集团秘书一职，负责法律和资讯科技事务。
林志杰在行内经验丰富，曾担任Astro（ASTRO，6399，主板贸服股）的集团财务总监，在加入皇帽之前是印尼电讯公司PT Innovate Mas Indonesia的董事兼财务总监。
第二位则是在本月6日上任的新加坡区总经理奥利弗杜博斯特。

业绩捎惊喜 周息率诱人
皇帽展望佳财测上修

（吉隆坡19日讯）皇帽（CARLSBG，2836，主板消费产品股）最新业绩报捷，促使分析员纷纷上调财测与目标价格，且周息率诱人，依旧是分析员唱好的关键原因。
皇帽2017财年核心净利达2.36亿令吉，大致符合预期。同时，该公司末季也宣布派发66仙的终期股息，以及11仙的特别股息，将全年股息推高至87仙，超越预期。
回顾全年的营业额，皇帽录得5.3%的涨幅，达18亿令吉，主要归功于更好的销量增长及改善的产品组合，因在大马市场成功卖出更多高档产品。
全年核心净利走高，因为通过节省成本，加上联号公司收窄亏损，使得营运效率获得提升。这也令核心盈利赚幅微扬0.2个百分点，至17.7%。
随着全年业绩出炉，联昌国际投行分析员将2018至19财年的每股净利调高1至1.8%，而目标价格也上修至17令吉，维持“守住”评级。
攻高档品牌市场
分析员相信，皇帽的增长前景已反映在股价上，不过，从周息率的角度来看，该股仍充满吸引力，故建议投资者守住该股。
分析员估计，该股2018至2020年的周息率将达4.9至5.6%。
“强于预测的销量，以及潜在的特别派息，将促使股价攀涨。反之，若政府宣布更改条例，如突然调涨国产税，则对该股不利。”
达证券分析员也将2018至19财年的净利，分别上修1.8%和3.5%，并预计2020财年净利能增长4%，报2.883亿令吉。
“我们相信皇帽将继续专注于拓展高档品牌，如Somersby Cider、Kronenbourg 1664和Connor’s Stout Porter，以获得更高的赚幅。”
啤酒税料不涨
经历水灾的工厂重新投运，分析员估计，Lion Brewery也将捎来更高贡献。
2018年世界杯也将成为刺激2018财年净利的主要催化剂。
分析员维持“买进”的评级，并将目标价格上调至18.09令吉。
丰隆投行研究分析员认为，政府不太可能会在近期调涨啤酒税，因为今年是大选年。
值得注意的是，大马已经是全球征收最高啤酒税的国家之一，仅在新加坡和挪威之后。 |

（吉隆坡30日讯）皇帽（Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Bhd）委任拿督卓亚华为主席，接替担任该职13年的拿督林世宗。
皇帽今日向大马交易所报备，林世宗希望在4月12日的集团第48届股东常年大会后，卸下主席兼独立非执行董事职务。
该集团指出：“在他的领导下，皇帽从一家主要活跃于国内市场，只有几个主要品牌组合的啤酒公司，发展成为一家拥有区域足迹，提供一系列国际顶级啤酒、黑啤、苹果酒和工艺酿造的酿酒商。”
林世宗表示：“很荣幸成为集团转型的一部分，特别是近年来推出创新产品，即Carlsberg Smooth Draught、Somersby Cider、Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc和Connors’ Stout Porter。”
“很高兴卓亚华接手，因为他在大马和亚太地区的消费者业务方面拥有丰富的经验和理解，因此是带领集团取得更大成功的理想人选。”
现年61岁的卓亚华，于2017年5月17日担任独立非执行董事，符合该集团的继任计划。
他之前曾就职于大马Rothmans of Pall Mall，之后与英美烟草（British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Bhd）合并。他在2009年出任英美烟草的董事经理，并于2013年6月退下。
他也是国油化学（Petronas Chemicals Group Bhd）、香港中烟英美烟草国际有限公司（CTBAT International Company Ltd）及Choice Foundation的董事。
