You will get your loan agreement when your loan has been approved by the bank and they will call you to sign the loan agreement.

Chinese developer to buy six sites in JB for RM4.5 billion
For its first overseas acquisition, Chinese developer Guangzhou R&F Properties Co. will purchase six sites in Malaysia from the Sultan of Johor for RM4.5 billion.
In a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange, the developer said it plans to build residential and commercial properties on the 116 acre property in Johor Bahru.
Notably, Chinese developers are injecting billions of dollars to various projects across the globe as regulatory restrictions in their home turf and rising concerns that the property market is overheating have forced companies to venture abroad.
“Like other developers, R&F made the move to diversify its investment portfolio outside China as domestic property curbs don’t seem to end soon,” noted Alan Jin, a Hong Kong-based property analyst at Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd.
Following Country Garden Holdings Co's entry into the country, R&F has been looking for opportunities to tap into fast-developing markets abroad in order to improve its longer-term profitability, said R&F Chairman Li Sze Lim.
“The Malaysian property market has significant growth potential that comes from strong economic fundamentals and demographic factors offering opportunities which the group is well positioned to take advantage of,” he added.
Based on government data, values of average Malaysian homes increased 43 percent to a record in the four-and-a-half-years to June. Home prices in Kuala Lumpur surged 62 percent to RM605,711 between early 2009 and end Q2 2013, while those in Johor rose 37 percent to RM187,644, said CBRE Group Inc. |

越来越热闹了。。。。不久之后iskandar的房产应该会变成国际的价钱了。。。

dxyx可能靠近tebrau highway的那块。。。地势如果没错比较低。。。tebrau highway杨谐成对面的shxll油站。。。。曾经严重淹水过。。。
setxx inxxx应该还算是地势比较高的。。。应该没有淹水的问题

噢，有一份文件我也是当场拿到了，但有一份是律师要拿去做stamping的一直没有回来，银行的早在九月就签好了，就是有一份文件等律师回来 |
