me now 34w....I also don't know how to adjust bb head position is doc said if 37w bb head still not down will try adjust...
I also wondering how? hopefully by tat time BB head is down....
I also thinking wanna buy breast pump or not before admit or after bb born...sure is wan buy electric pump..easier..

我上个星期褒绿豆。。上网说也是可以消肿，可是没有效。。。冬瓜比较好

坐月子时应该可以喝。。看自己肚子又没有风，刚生产后最好不要喝先咯。。。

我34周5d的时候医院量到2.7kg,私人2.5kg，医生已经说会超过3.5kg了。。

我的宝宝在30周就转下了。。。星期六去照时有35周已经很接近产道了不过还没有入盆。

我的宝宝38周时也还没入盆。希望会入盆，这样就可以自然分娩 |

绿豆我一路来都不喜欢喝所以没有煲过
我也觉得红豆也消不了水肿了

我买The First Years牌子的Double Electric breast pump, 2年前生大儿子时买的,rm450。因为老公的亲戚借我用这牌子的Single Pump,觉得不错就自己买Double的。省时省力嘛  |

昨天去 scan 34周已经入盆了..准准中间 parking 了..医生叫我可以准备快的话这个月尾了
