Announcement Details : We refer to our announcement dated 21 September 2007 confirming its wholly owned subsidiary, Ramunia Fabricators Sdn. Bhd. (“RFSB”) had accepted the Letter of Intent from Sapura Acergy Sdn. Bhd. (“SASB”) for the provision of fabrication of Pipeline End Manifold ("PLEM"), Pipeline End Termination ("PLET"), Rigid Jumper 12 Inch, Rigid Jumper 8 inch and Suction Pile (the “Works”) valued at approximately RM 6.0 million. The Board of Directors of Ramunia wishes to announce that RFSB had on 30 January 2008 advised SASB that RFSB is not willing to quote for the revised design of PLET and Rigid Jumper 8 inch as the value of the works required is below the threshold of contracts undertaken by RFSB. As such, RFSB had decided not to proceed with the above Works. This announcement is dated 31 January 2008.

我的free warrants 已经在昨日卖了．

偶当然希望可以在自己的portfolio检查，可是我还是用着remisier。

讲到他我都杜烂。
问他，我有没有free warrant，他讲那个是right issue，要给钱的。后来我在这里问，才知道买母股的人才要付钱买right issue。他还很肯定的跟我说“没有送warrant”
我费事叫他去check我户口，要收钱的:@

Sime withdraws contract to Ramunia unit

RAMUNIA Holdings Bhd said Sime Darby Engineering Services Sdn Bhd has withdrawn a US$48 million (RM155.52 million) contract offered to its unit Ramunia International Services Ltd (RISL) on November 26, for the fabrication of jackets. It said Sime is unable to proceed with the contract as the price quoted by RISL is beyond its expected final price of US$40 million (RM129.6 million). In a separate statement, Ramunia said another unit, Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd (RFSB), has decided not to proceed with a RM6 million contract from Sapura Acergy Sdn Bhd to fabricate pipeline end termination and rigid jumper as the value of works required is below the threshold of contracts undertaken by RFSB.
