5变1转去主板，成交量会少5陪才对。而且每个人都心理作用觉得很贵鸟。所以要跌到便衣一点才有人要抄

感觉上只要成交量一放大，就会一飞冲天
目前的要卖的成交量少，容易抄上来

从过年后的0.7+到现在的0.9，这股一直慢慢的向上攀。

早上几乎没有成交量，各为有何看法？

Every good point had been discuss.

Even the latest cooperation with Bank of Communication (Beijing) already annpunced, hope I didnt spell the bank's name wrongly. Sad things is they just published it in their website and other commentors website. Bursa announcement dont have this piece od info.

1. I already sent a querry to Bursa but no return. Anyone of you attending the AGM (wanted to go but cannot) please help to ask the management what happen to the announcement. Is real?? Furthermore the management says the transfer to Main board can boost the brand then they should really make the news spread.

2. http://www.zhaoqing.wanbo888.com/html/info/2375/index.htm - another bad advertisement. This is one of GHL website in China - a real bad one. Initially I wanted to print the page out and ask the management ARE THEY REALLY SERIUOS ABOUT THEIR BRAND NAME!!! But again I got other things to do cannot come. Anyway please refer this website to them and help out a bit because this things if done correctly will reflect in the share price.

3. I check thestar online and Bursa, found that they somehow still list GHL in Mesdaq counter. I say GHL already a Main Board counter, its no longer a Mesdaq's - Bad advertisement.

To sum it all. I realised the management also human being so they make mistake but if we can help out to in fact make our income better then why not.

They already trying to make a brand out of GHL then they should make it in a holistic manner.

All those good news should spell out loud not quietly until now they say want to share buy back (to be determined in the AGM cum EGM)also nobody care???

Latest news is:

1. Proposed bonus share (already discussed) 1 for 10shares holding.

2. Share Buy Back

10% of issued shares - will cost the company around 12.6mil assuming that they able to buy the shares at RM1.00 (currently trading at RM0.90).

They are currently holding RM16.1mil on hand just at the end of December 2006. Now is already end of April, add another 3mil to the coffer is not to over. So cash on hand more than able to do that.

This will be concluded in the AGM cum EGM this 7th of May.

Downside:

1. Lost of cash to be utilised - not to be too concerned as the 12.6mil will not be paid out in one shot. Whole process can take quite long.

2. Lost of cash to be reinvest into China Market - take a look at the earlier quarter report, 2005 Admin expense is 17.3mil and 2006 is 25mil but profit is 11.7mil for 2005 and 9mil for 2006 that means they can generates enough profit although higher expenses.

Rational behind is to take 10% from whom do not want to hold on and then distribute extra 10% bonus for those who kept. Double rewards I would say.

The hope still lies upon:

1. China bussiness - to gets as much sales as they could and set up their foothold in China.

2. Listing of GHL asia pacific to gets enough funding for future expansion.

3. Development of own branded product and stop relying on Verifone and others overseas brand and futher cut cost of sales.

据知，以GHLSYS当时在MESDAQ的最高价是RM0.25（一年最高），
如果以目前的价值来看RM0.965/5=RM0.193
我相信要回到RM1.25（RM0.25x5）应该不是大问题。
