At the same time, the unemployment rate is on the multiyear lows, and the rate of wages growth exceeds inflation, amounting to 3.4% y/y. Impact on GBP: High.
09:00 German ZEW Economic Sentiment is expected to move to positive territory to 0.0 in April for the first time since March 2018, reflecting the prevalence of optimistic estimates. The growth above expectations is capable to increase the buying of the euro. Otherwise, the decline can increase pressure. Impact on EUR: Moderate.
13:15 U.S. Industrial production has slowed its growth in recent months. April Payrolls report even showed a decline in employment in manufacturing industries. Production activity trends are an important indicator of economic health. Weak data can put pressure on the dollar. Impact on USD: Moderate. |
