怎么会有这样的看法呢？可以讲解你的看法吗。

先声明，只是有可能而已，不一定有，有的话也不一定是明天，有可能在10月5日前几天。

如果按照目前Kassets 与 IGB Reit的兑换率来说的话，现在Kassets的合理股价是9.72。
前天Kassets刚刚公布两个星期后可以拿到票，这新闻一公布有可能会导致出现弃IGBReit转购Kassets的投资者，
这些票数会形成IGB Reit的或轻微或强烈的卖压，反过来说Kassets的股价必会上杨，然而IGB Reit的价格肯定会一直高于Kassets。
这是因为购买每一股Kassets会被"Hold"着RM 243长达半年之久，因而减低了部分投机者的购买欲，但对大户与投资者来说就不一定了。

无论如何，更要小心的是，Kassets兑换成IGB Reit后那几天内的股价。
个人浅见而已，不一定正确~

一开市很大可能性会起不少，“飞”我就保留（要看IGBReit今天的表现），只是说两者“母股与凭单”之间的关系已明朗化了，而目标转换价肯定会低于IGBReit至少几仙，毕竟Kassets还是要被IGBReit牵着鼻子走的

我个人认为 Kris Asset 合理价不能如你所说的，因为需要hold RM2k++ 大半年，我不如直接买IGB Reits.
我反而是担心当Kris Asset 的股转换去IGB Reits 时候的影响。

对，确实不是合理价，用错词了。我认同这个说法，其实我已在400楼补充了，实际差价至少会几sen，我的原意是说“直接转换价”。
现有IGBReit还是占优势，买Kassets还只是买未来。
这也是我自己同时手握Kassets ，也买下IGBReit的原因~

看 last 的价钱。。 你要买可以放低过的价。。然后排队。。
卖的是放高过的价钱也要排队。。 如果想直接买就看人家放的最低的直接买吧！！

嗯谢谢你。大家一起学习。才知道买进卖出都要抽commision，就用了1.x巴仙。 所以要赚的话还要超过commision才行。看来不简单

commission charged :
brokerage 0.1% to 0.70% + stamp duty every RM1000 charge RM1 + disbursement fee 0.03%

example:
buy IGB RM100,000, total charge RM100 + RM100 + RM30 =RM230

Correct me if i am wrong... When ex-date on 03/10/2012, and if you are not interesting for special dividen (maybe), than you can sell and get back you RM2.4x/share. No need to wait till end of the whole process.. Right

I am agreed with "只是说两者“母股与凭单”之间的关系已明朗化了 & 毕竟Kassets还是要被IGBReit牵着鼻子走的"  cause every 1 sen of IGB reit will affected Krissassets 5.2x sen...

你也卖了吗？

反正已经肯定拿到 IGBREIT 了。

我在犹豫着呢。。不知道如果现在卖的话，会不会更加值得？
如果今天闭市价是RM 2.6，那我们会不会另外得到2.6 - 2.43的special dividend?
还是只是RM2.43 + RM 0.32而已。
我也是看到有人说去买，为了那0.32的special dividend

如果是RM2.43 + RM 0.32=RM2.75，就是说:
买RM243.00 再明年就可以拿到RM32.00
买RM2430.00就可以有RM320.00
那么 （32*100 ）/243= 13.17 %
哇！几个月的利息有13%也不错哦

现在是价RM2.68
那么RM2.75-2.68=RM0.07
那么 (7*100)/243= 2.88%
还是赚 哈哈
小弟数学不好，不知道有没有算错。。。 请高人指点

我不是高人啊~
不过你的第一个算法是对的，第二个应该是0.07/2.68才对，所以是2.6%

半年可以拿2.6%不错了~不过放对Reit的话可以更高，放FD也可以拿1.5%
我排2.69了，还是觉得拿现钱好~看你的~
闭市价最多冲到2.7~但是比较可能是会在2.68或2.69之间。
