专注英国沙巴油田‧大红花冀日产9000桶油
（吉隆坡1日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS,5199,主板工业产品组）2018财政年下半年将专注于沙巴北部油田和英国北海的Anasuria油田计划，潜在推高每日产油量至8000至9000桶。
大红花石油董事经理肯勒毕雷拉博士在股东特大后表示，2018财政年下半年将有两大令人振奋的计划。
他表示，首项计划是将于本月杪完成收购的沙巴北部油田，第二项则是位于英国北海的Anasuria油田钻井计划。
肯勒毕雷拉指出，Anasuria油田钻井收益预计将在下个财政年显现，并预计在纳入沙巴北部油田后，日产油量将增加至8000至9000桶。
大红花石油主席再努拉欣补充，涉及单位已签署所需的文件，排除任何不可预见因素，收购沙巴北部油田计划可在今年3月杪完成。在完成收购后，大红花石油将是该油田的营运伙伴，而国油勘探（Petronas Carigali）则为非营运伙伴，双方分别持股50%。
去年杪，大红花石油宣布向沙巴蚬壳石油公司收购北沙巴油田采油分享合约计划的50%股权，国油勘探拥有剩余的50%股权。
对于近期不断走扬的原油价格，肯勒毕雷拉指出，希望油价能够维持稳定。
他指出，对大红花石油而言，较有利的油价为每桶55美元（约216令吉），因此只要油价在55美元以上，对公司都是有利。对于大红花石油前景看俏，是否计划派息回馈股东，再努拉欣指出，管理层一直都有检讨公司营运情况。
扩展增值 短期不派息
他认表示，只要该公司的资产获利，而公司又能够负担的情况下，一定会派发股息，惟短期内，至少2018财政年并没有派息计划。
再努拉欣指出，大红花石油的业务需要大量的资金支撑，因此目前最重要的是扩展公司，以增加公司的价值。
肯勒毕雷拉认为，尽管原油价格走扬，相信并购活动相对谨慎，归咎于资产价值增加，买家是否愿意出高价收购资产，不过，他认为市场上还是有一定的机会存在。
5送1凭单
肯勒毕雷拉也指出，大红花石油配送凭单计划，是一项回馈股东的活动，同时也希望筹集资金及提高资本。
大红花石油提出以5送1比例配送凭单的建议，在股东特大上获得股东100%支持通过。

大红花澳勘探执照更新5年
2018年3月8日
（吉隆坡7日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）位于澳洲吉普斯兰盆地（Gippsland Basin）联营项目的勘探执照获得更新5年，从今年3月7日至2023年3月6日。
大红花石油今日向交易所报备，该联营项目是VIC/P57，是由Carnarvon Hibiscus（简称CHPL）、Gippsland Hibiscus（简称GHPPL）及澳洲公司3D Oil联营。
CHPL和GHPPL是大红花石油的独资子公司，大红花石油也持有3D Oil的13%股权。
整体上，大红花石油共持有VIC/P57的78.3%股权。
大红花石油称，3D Oil在CHPL委托下，进行了18个月的综合前景审查后，评估结果显示，VIC/P57仍具有庞大的商业潜力。
“预期可采石油的总资源最高可达4750万桶（MMbbls）及可采天然气达6240亿立方英尺（Bcf）。”
根据研究，还发现了一个新的天然气位置——Pointer，已经确定为最低风险天然气目标，并对整个功能进行体积计算，估计可采气体2500亿立方英尺，其中94%或2350亿立方英尺，位于VIC/P57内。
董事经理肯尼恩佩雷拉说：“我们对Pointer的新发现感到非常兴奋，因为地震数据显示出天然气的存在。”
他指出，澳洲天然气市场目前供应不足，澳洲东南部的天然气正以高价支付。
“因此，Pointer在这时候的潜在发现，可能是我们目前营业额来源的重要补充。”【e南洋】
