Additionally, he is also a registered Trademark Agent with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) and a Certified Company Secretary in Malaysia. Along with his corporate advisory work for a number of public listed companies as well as international companies, he has appeared in all tiers of the Malaysia Courts, representing clients in various commercial and civil disputes ranging from tortious liabilities, shareholder disputes and corporate restructuring proceedings.Mr Sandraruben A/L Neelamagham further holds the position as a Director in Selcare Pharmacy Sdn. [Company Registration No. 199301008357 (263094-K)] (“GESB” or “the Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 20 May 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Eaglesview Group Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No. 201901010915 (1320243-K)] (“EGSB” or “the Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal of one (1) unit of 5 storey shop to ESGB, for a total cash consideration of RM5,400,000.00 only (“Proposed Disposal”).
