I prefer Gamuda CD which expire on 8 Jan 2008. This will gives you more time for the good things to unfold...means more opportunity for it to go higher when market response to the positive news.

I expect Gamuda CD to go beyond RM0.40based on mother share @ RM12.40 (target price) and warrant premium @ 6.85% (conservative?). <<<Note>>>
On bonus issue: If you hold 1000 units of the warrant, you will get another 1000 units from the bonus issue. That mean you will end up having 2000 units. The exercise price for the warrant will also be revised to RM4.275 (for Gamuda CD). The price of the warrant will also be adjusted for the bonus issue (X/2)
In view of all the positive factors, bonus issue and prospects of getting more projects under the 9th Malaysian Plan and their success story from its overseas business, this one really look promising.

双轨铁道工程
内阁料今敲定细节
报导：陈玉燕 （吉隆坡16日讯）消息指出，明日内阁会议将敲定马矿业（MMCCORP，2194，主板贸易）与金务大（GAMUDA，5398，主板建筑）联营的双轨铁道工程细节。 业界消息指出：“马矿业与金务大将在11月获颁实质合约。” 消息说，明日内阁会议料将讨论及确定双轨铁道计划，并将在本周内宣布，包括工程细节、价值及期限。 消息指出，双轨铁道工程最早将在明年1月动工。 《中国报》就上述消息致电询问金务大公关，惟对方表示对事件不知情，并指出：“目前未有新消息可发表。” 双轨铁道工程是由马矿业与金务大各占50%联营比例，该铁道将衔接怡保和巴东勿刹。 政府是在2003年底，以收窄财政赤字为由，搁置全长330公里的双轨铁道计划。 直至今年3月，政府才宣布重新启动电动火车双轨铁道工程，马矿业与金务大则继续成为承包商。 交通部长拿督斯里陈广才早前指出，该计划料在明年初开跑，预计耗时5年完成。 工程总成本将以私人融资计划（PFI）进行，MMC机构曾表示考虑发行债券融资。 据估计，有关工程总值预料约达110亿令吉。 |
