The Board of Directors of LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 May 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Oriental Holdings Berhad [Registration  No.  196301000446 (5286-U)] (“OHB”) for the proposed joint venture of the development on all that pieces and or parcels of land with total areas measuring approximately 561 acres in Klebang, Melaka (“Development Land”).
