看来好像是佳礼的股友都对EUPE没有兴趣或都没有投资在EUPE这支股？？

大大使用什么软件看以上的资料的啊？要付费的吗？

现在我的钱全压在jotech，没心思向别的股了。而且我也担心政府一次过给了那么多计划，不知根本有没有能力支撑。如果到时计划延迟的话...

这是我所使用的 Security Firm 的 web-based software. 这是不需要付费的。

个人意见。最好不要把全部的资金都放在单一的股只。最好是能够分散投资。可以减低奉献。

我的疑难：
mkt cap小于120m，小有小的好，见仁见智。
margin不理想，单位数，银行的bill要控制，否则不可能派息。
北部走廊概念如空头支票，讲最容易。
landbank几乎全集中在sungai petani，增值潜能是如何还不清楚。
只有11倍的PE和预计的earning growth不高。
research house只给他30%空间，tp到，除非等牛市，今年的波动有点大，貌似炒股。
貌似守财奴的华人家族掌握，高票控制可以是良药也可以是毒药，零派息率。
貌似在猛打广告，到处邀分析员，底牌给人摸透用意何在？
去年的工程全部售謦－－从inventories没有增加情况得知－－原本是好事，不过却还是单位数margin，变成了坏事。

数据已经计算太清楚，"惊喜"是没有了，保值倒不错。不阻他财路，不杀他父母，可以帮他买一点。

乱乱讲之作，难登大雅。

如果可以知道sungai petani的地价就好－－他占了balance sheet大部分位子。

Kedah to bank on its history
SUNGAI PETANI: Gunung Jerai and Lembah Bujang will become major tourist attractions for Kedah in Visit Kedah Year 2008.
Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid announced that RM35mil would be spent to develop Gunung Jerai.

The project would be handled by the Kedah State Development Board and the private sector.
He said the upgrading will include a new hotel with its lobby located at the foothill.
He said this at a press conference after launching a new theme park called The Carnivall at Cinta Sayang Golf and Country Resort here yesterday.
Mahdzir said the historical Bujang Valley in Merbok will have a Harmony Civilisation Centre which will showcase the ancient civilisations of the Arabs, Hindus, Buddhist, Muslims and Chinese dating back some 800 years.  
“There will also be the lost port in Lembah Bujang where traders from various parts of Asia landed,” he added.
In his speech, Mahdzir praised Eupe Corporation, which developed the theme park, for promoting tourism in the state.
Eupe Corporation managing director Beh Huck Lee said the first phase,which was opened to the public yesterday, comprised a state-of-the-art watercoaster with a 10m wall ascent at a 60° angle, a 140m open waterslide,a 300m long river of adventure and a water cove.  
He said the second phase of the RM20mil project would include a land theme park slated for completion by 2008.

eupe是sungai petani的地王，RM35mil的spending，只占eupe未来几年GDV总和不到5%－－假设GDV是700mil。今天才深入研究，讲错莫怪。

又有一个扣分的点－－goldman有买就不要买，请参考asiaep里网友所说。
