SAP/ERP 问题 - Discontinued & Follow Up Part

Accounting System 是－定要Double Entry的. Debit 某个A／C就要Credit某些A／C。要不然Balance Sheet就不能Balance了。

Drop stock 因该在Post Goods Issue时，
Credit Stock , Debit Cost of Goods Sold.

Billing时才 Debit Customer(receiveable)吧。如果我没记错的话。

我的公司用Standard Price，没有用MAP。 我想FOC PO因该会拉低MAP 吧！我们的Standard Price 每－年更新－次。用最后－次的Invoice Price.

为什么我的WO里的basic start和basic finish date总是变成一样的，比方说我把finish date放22.09.2006，然后start date放21.09.2006，我save了过后进回CO02，那start date却变去22.09.2006了，为什么会这样。。假如系统是真的不让我们换日期，那 它是用什么来计算它的生产时间呢？不是inhouse production time吗？

我有查看它的log，有这warning message，是这关键吗？
"No working/operating time maintained in work center for scheduling"

只有总公司的SAP支援才可以那么做，因为他们是负责configuration的。我不肯定这是SAP的问题，还是因为setting的关系，或是什么地方我漏了。。我有向总公司PP的支援请教，可是我觉得他答我了等于没答。 所以想自己调查。

我问：
I was doing testing on QAS. I tried to create WO, so weird that I couldn't change the Basic Start Date. I read from tutorial, it says that "If the system schedules backwards, you must enter the order finish date." So let's say I entered the Basic Finish Date as 22.09.2006 and Basic Start Date as 21.09.2006, but when I saved the WO, the Start Date will changed to 22.09.2006 automatically, and I am not able to change it..

I tried to changed the date again after I release the WO, still unable to change it. But if I do partial completion for tht WO, I able to change the date..

I check the In Prod Time is 1 day, shouldn't the system will allow me to change the basic start date to 21.09.2006?

If you are using backward scheduling, When you change the production order  Finish date, the system will automatic calculate for you the start date.

You cannot enter the finish date and start date at the same time.

想运用MM里头的一个feature，就是discontinued part和follow up part。

大概是这样。。

BOM
A -> B
  -> C

因为C在市场已经obsolete了，所以要用D来代替C。可是我并不能直接把C换去D，因为C还有存货，要是直接把C换去D的话，那么MRP就会trigger我们去用D，C就永远有存货了。

所以我就把C set成discontinued part，D变成follow up part，然后BOM的design会变成这样。。

A -> B
  -> C (discontinued)
  -> D (follow up)

所以知道C用完了，系统就会trigger我们去买D和用D。

我有一个疑问是，我的BOM这样子set的话，当我们要做cost roll up时，会不会有问题？

或者你们的ERP是怎样解决这问题的？
