你可以email 给的customer service center, 问如果lost contract 了如何，留下他们的reply 当底 不管以后如何‘硬’讲有什么变动，没有通知你， 如果要。。。不如做一份新的contract |

很好，有什么还有用’白纸黑字‘好，虽然讲电话有record, 但 record 可以 delete 的 试过call 去maxis,竟然我的call record 被satff delete, 最后吵到我两个月不用还电话费。。。 |

的確如此. 大大說到 maxis, 我在這裡說些題外話.
hotlink 一向沒有提供statement. 上網縱然可以看到pdf file, 但只限於最近30天的記錄.
我有不時下載statement的習慣. 有一次我發覺我reload rm30 之後, 依然charge 我一分鐘49仙的call.
我印出 statement, 拿回去maxis, 他們才在事後回扣rm5給我.
如果我不去留意statement的話~~(實在替所有用預付者擔憂, 包括我自己)
當chgs 有回覆時, 我再與大大分享好了. |

Dear Mr. Sam,
Good day from CHGS!
We thank you for your enquiries, please refer to the following answers to your questions:
1. You will need to fill in the form as attached (CHGS Member Requisition Form- CERTIFICATE agreement.doc) to request for a certified true copy of the agreement and certain charges will be imposed.
2. There are three options for you to choose from should you wish to sell your plot(s):
a) You may look for your own buyer.
b) You may contact your agent for further assistance.
c) You may list your plot(s) online to sell through our website at www.chgs.com.my and click
under listing and trading.
3. The selling price is very much depends on the Grower's offer and own preference. However, our last selling price to the public before all our plots are sold out is RM8,000 per plot.
4. The charges to apply one copy of the agreement is RM30 and for one certificate is RM10 [only applicable if you have also lost your certificates].
5. The basic fees you need to pay to sell your plot(s) is RM100 [transfer fees] but if you managed to sell through our website then there will be an additional of 5% per plot for the admin charges.

我剛進去該網頁的 listing and trading 看了一回兒, 售價果如大大所言, 扣了手續費還倒虧了 (很少超過rm300的)
而且他們的 online trading 已從 30/11/2010 關了至 03/01/2011 才開啟. |
