Phase 3 consist of 1 block 22 storeys apartment (260 units); and 3. 1 basement carpark, on Lot 70269, Jalan PJU 10/1, Damansara Damai, Selangor for the total contract sum of RM 97,800,000.00 only (the “Contract”).
Pursuant to the Contract, the scope of works includes but not limited to execution, construction and completion of the superstructure, architectural works and Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s substation.
The Contract shall be for a period of 23 months commencing from the date of site possession which will be determined later.Risk Factors
There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Contract during the contract period.
Financial Effects The Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the Contract. .
The group intends to fund the Contract via internally generated funds and/ or external borrowings.
Directors' and Substantial Shareholders' Interest None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of Inta Bina or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.

Further to the Announcement, on behalf of the Board of Directors of IBGB, M&A Securities wishes to announce the following additional information in relation to the Proposed Transfer. (1) The Group has no associated companies and/ or joint ventures for the FYE 2015 to FPE 30 June 2018. (2) Please find below the further explanations for the decrease in revenue for FYE 2016 and the increase in revenue for FYE 2017 and FPE 2018:
Comparison between FYE 2016 and FYE 2015 The Group’s revenue in FYE 2016 decreased by RM14.80 million or 5.44% from RM271.94 million in FYE 2015 to RM257.14 million in FYE 2016. The decrease was mainly attributable to lower revenue generated from the residential segment which recorded a decrease of RM19.49 million or 7.72% from RM252.52 million in the FYE 2015 to RM233.03 million in the FYE 2016. There were more residential projects completed in 2015 as compared to 2016, which contributed to the higher revenue from residential segment in FYE 2015. A total of 9 residential projects (total contract value of approximately RM325 million) were completed in 2015 whilst only 4 residential projects (total contract value of approximately RM190 million) were completed in 2016.
Comparison between FYE 2017 and FYE 2016 For FYE 2017, the Group recorded revenue of RM288.60 million, a RM31.46 million or 12.23% increase from FYE 2016. The increase was mainly attributable to higher revenue generated from the non-residential segment which recorded an increase of RM29.70 million or 113.82% from RM26.09 million in FYE 2016 to RM55.79 million in FYE 2017. The increase in the revenue from the non-residential segment in FYE 2017 was reflective of the work progress in 2017 for the Gravit8 project and the Amanja project. In 2016, there was only 1 on-going mixed development high rise project (ie the Amanja project) whilst there were 2 on-going mixed development high-rise projects in 2017 (ie the Gravit8 project and the Amanja project). The Gravit8 project only commenced in December 2016 and did not contribute much revenue for FYE 2016.
Comparison between 6-month FPE 30 June 2018 and FPE 30 June 2017 For FPE 30 June 2018, the Group recorded revenue of RM168.66 million, an increase of RM23.16 million or 15.91% as compared to RM145.50 million recorded in FPE 30 June 2017. This was mainly attributed to the increase in the number of projects being undertaken by the Group from 14 on-going projects for FPE 30 June 2017 to 18 projects for FPE 30 June 2018. The Group tendered and secured more projects as evidenced by the increase in its unbilled order book from RM619 million as at 30 June 2017 to RM785 million as at 30 June 2018.

The Board of Directors of Inta Bina Group Berhad (“Inta Bina” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (“IBSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inta Bina, had on 2 April 2019 agreed and accepted the Letter of Award from Lembah Suria Sdn Bhd (Company No. 221242-P) for the appointment of IBSB as the Contractor for “Cadangan pembangunan 1 blok rumah mampu milik 40 tingkat (719 unit) yang mengandungi 8 tingkat podium tempat letak kereta, 1 tingkat kemudahan di tingkat 8 serta 1 tingkat tempat letak kereta bawah rendah di atas sebahagian Lot 57500, Mukim Batu, Jalan Sungai Teba, Segambut, Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur untuk Tetuan Lembah Suria Sdn Bhd” for the total contract sum of RM108,487,612.37 only (the “Contract").
The contract period shall be for a period of 32 months commencing from the date of site possession on 15 April 2019.
IBSB is principally involved in the business of construction works.
Risk Factors
There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Contract during the contract period.
Financial Effects
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the Contract and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.
IBSB intends to fund the Contract via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings.
Directors' and Substantial Shareholders' Interest
None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of Inta Bina or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
Directors’ Statement
The Board of Directors, after due consideration, is of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the Group. The Contract is being entered into in the ordinary course of business and is not subject to the approval of shareholders.
