那個是瑞意銀行自己內部疏漏，並出現欺騙、偽造文件等 員工。
新加坡還確鑿地指 瑞意銀行 替 1MDB 洗黑錢，而是 due diligence 方面極度缺陷，使 1MDB 在該銀行的交易 “不合規 + 可疑”，所以暫時查封調查。

不是暫時查封， license已经cancel了。這是新加坡金管局從1984年以來，首次吊銷商業銀行的執照。
平常最多罚款而已，这单太大单了，银行直接被查封而且被令停业和没收银行执照。

The $1 billion in assets are just a portion of more than $3 billion that was stolen from 1MDB and laundered through American financial institutions in violation of U.S. law.  1MDB was created by the Malaysian government to promote economic development through international partnerships and foreign direct investment, with the ultimate goal of improving the well-being of the Malaysian people.  Unfortunately, a number of corrupt 1MDB officials treated this public trust as a personal bank account.

我细细读了，认为林奇，根本没有把矛头对向马来西亚，1mdb, 官员。
1.认同1mdb 是个马来西亚福利公司，不是结构性工具来洗黑钱（用词：十亿是从1MDB被盗)
2.把有关官员用匿名，保护可能不再美国犯下刑事人士。（如果，不再美国涉案就不是美国的事,美国DOJ也不能以美国法律提控）


在发布会，林奇也小心翼翼的回答，有关1mdb舞弊事件。并申明对付red granite.我认为林奇是要充公red granite和有关人事的资产，林奇一定要解释这是非法钱，为什么要充公，说1mdb和官员事项是不能避免的。（并非指控）

  • The DOJ said that Riza Aziz, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor's son purchased 'Hillcrest Property 1' from Low using 1MDB funds. He allegedly spent USD17.5 million for the property in 2010.
    
    According to Sarawak Report, the property sprawls over 11,500 square feet and has 5 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
    
    Besides that, the DOJ has alleged that Khadem Abdulla Al Qubaisi has misappropriated funds from 1MDB to acquire 'Hillcrest Property 2'. Khadem is the former managing director of the massive International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC).
    
    It was said that the property was purchased on 24 March for USD15 million.

    It was said that the property was purchased for USD31 million on or about 5 February 2014. The property is currently on the market and is listed for USD38 million.

    According to the DOJ, documents from Jho Low confirmed that L'Ermitage Property was wholly-owned by his own investment fund, Jynwel Capital Ltd, where he served as the chief executive officer (CEO).

    The DOJ also asserts that funds diverted from 1MDB were used by Low to acquire an interest in EMI Music Publishing.
    
    Thus, the DOJ seeks to seize a total of 17 assets allegedly obtained using funds illegally diverted from 1MDB "for the personal benefit of the co-conspirators (and) their associates".

看到文中有说是马新社(BERNAMA)的新闻，我就跑去看下原版的新闻。

哇，原来新闻是由马新社主席（Azman Ujang）亲自下笔的，还说那个Quintin Rozario是“布里斯班leading律师”呢（Peguam Litigasi Tekemuka di Brisbane），看起来肯定假不了。

OK。既然人家是“澳洲leading律师”，想当然尔也是“著名律师”，应该很多资料和新闻在网上的，我就试下google Quintin Rozario来敬仰敬仰一下。

咦，google好像没什么资料也，跟马新社主席说的peguam litigasi tekemuka的朵好像有点出入也。

嗯，我想可能Quintin Rozario本身很低调，所以网上没什么资料也是说得通的。

无所谓，我就去研究下那些仅有的资料。

看到有家叫 Quintin Rozario & Associates的律师行，在n个黄页网站有listing。看起来好像有点靠谱哦



好的，我就查找一下google maps。原来人家著名律师楼是长这个样的。



我再打一下那个电话(07) 3806 3280 （+61738063280），结果“the number you are calling is not in service”

无所谓我再查一下那个网址 (http://www.lawcomex.com)，结果 "the page you are looking for is unavailable"

咦，我想可能是别人乱乱在黄页放listing来恶作剧，应该不是“著名律师”放的

不要紧，我又看到一个linkedin的账号，看起来资料跟“著名律师”很符合。



原来“著名律师”上过4家大学呢（London school of Economics，University of Wolverhampton, University of New England NSW, Victoria University Melbourne)，除了法律学位，还是个金融会计硕士呢。



看了工作经验，原来“著名律师”当律师之前曾经在澳洲SBS电台当过制作人长达20年（1976 - 1996）呢，可是教育背景却跟媒体制作好像没什么关系




"著名律师”那边厢说在SBS工作从1976年到1996年，但这边又说1990年在Duke Group Investment Bank任职，重点是Duke Group Investment Bank不懂是什么“著名银行”来的。



无所谓，这个可能也是人家的恶作剧，未必就是“著名律师”真正的账户。

好吧，最靠谱的还是找权威的资料，去Australian Bar Association找“著名律师”肯定错不了。



结果last name以“Roz”开头的还是找不到“著名律师”的名字Rozario。

嗯，我想“著名律师”可能只是个solicitor吧，要去find a solicitor才能找到。

不过还是算了，著名律师就著名律师吧，Bernama主席亲自下笔肯定是真的了。

希望接下来的几天还可以看到utusan，new straits time甚至是星洲日报找来更多低调的“著名律师”来为广大国民解惑。
