可以的 如果屋主同意你拿了epf才付,但是booking fee 几千还是要先给
a) Legal Fee:(snp)
First RM 150,000 = 1.0% (minimum fees of RM 300)
Next RM 850,000 = 0.7%
Example:
RM 150,000 = 1.0% x RM 150,000 = RM 1,500
RM 150,000 = 0.7% x RM 150,000 = RM 1,050
Legal Fee = RM 2,550
b) Stamp Duty:
First RM 100,000 is at 1% of the value
Next RM 400,000 is at 2% of the value
Example:
RM 100,000 = 1.0% x RM 100,000 = RM 1,000
RM 200,000 = 2.0% x RM 200,000 = RM 4,000
= RM 5,000 (第一间屋子可以扣50%)
TOTAL : 2,550 + 2,500 + 1,000(其他杂费大概)= 6,050
2)贷款合同 (Loan Agreement)的费用是以贷款数额来算的:
贷款 = RM 270,000
a) Legal Fee:

= RM 1,350(第一间屋子可以扣50%)
OS: LOAN AGREEMENT 费用可以加进贷款里
TOTAL : 2,340 + 675 +1,000(其他杂费大概)= 4,015
