这是我从孟加拉军事论坛看到的：

”Unlike WS-22, WS-33 is only the denotation of the guided rocket systems (actually these are missiles, but to avoid international regulation, Chinese has invented 'guided rocket' concept), that nomenclature is not for the fully developed individual systems. Chinese trying to develop a modular GMLR System, just like Israelis' concept. And the most astonishing part is Israelis are helping them in the R&D.
So, WS-33 rocket system must have to use the platform of WS-22. So far, the Chinese couldn't develop an unified FCS, by which they can fire all the 3 systems (WS-22, WS-33 & WS-32). But as one Arabian state had placed their order for the WS-32 system, the 7th academy developed the system separately.
That is why, BA considering the WS-33 system immature till now. Cause, unlike Arab states, we couldn't buy those systems separately. We want to go for a modular system WS-22/32/33; which will be matured soon as per China's assurance) and then for A-200/300 & M-20. “
