【購屋過程】

還沒下訂金之前，去看了屋子一趟但不是很仔細的看只是走馬看花看看而已。當拿了鑰匙之後我也是沒有去檢查因為那時不懂原來要看看哪裡有defects等等問題。但之前地主有說過car porch的屋頂好像漏水、大門的漆不均勻、樓上廁所的面盆掉了、廚房的水喉沒水等等這些問題。但是這些問題在拿鑰匙的時候已經搞定了，所以我也沒有再去檢查，希望一切平平安安吧！！

拿了鑰匙之後，又拍了一些照片。

想問那邊的guard house好像誰都可以進的不用sticker什麼的，那麼哪些guard要來做麼？

harmoni和harmoni 2是连在一起的花园。哦，那里的guard是这样的，他们大都只截住大型车辆而已，小辆的车只需向他们摇摇手就可以了。。。

一户人家一个月RM20，通常是三个月收一次，就是直接收RM60，然后呢，还要跟他们买sticker，一辆车一张，每张RM2，三个月会换一次sticker。不会时常制水，只是上次雪州闹水荒才制水而已。

這個價錢所quote的東西和估價表二差不多一樣，所以我只是放一個總數目因為一直出現問題。寫了很多但一直出狀況，然後照片什麼都不見不知為什麼！！！
