大选过后买什么股票？半年检讨
去年我写了MYEG,PERISAI,POWEROOT这些CIMB大多有写,看看今天，MYEG由RM0.90到RM2.00++,Perisai RM1.00++到RM1.50++,Poweroot, RM0.90到RM2++

之前写在马来西亚大选后选了些股票：
YTLPOWER-私有化的可能？YTL借私有化来提取YTLPOWER里的现金调动
MISC-RM5.50都失败，结果大跌回RM4.40/ 未来12个月后会否继续有动作？
KSENG--2013,SECTION108必须UTILISED,会否还有特别股息？
TM-稳定的派息，相信大选后还一样。
TuneIns- 和Airasia一起成长。



大多已经陆续买入，可惜有些升太快，贵了。
YTLPOWER和YTL股价好接近，会否来个Share Swap? 1:1 swap maybe? 已经将mother swap去 YTLPower-WB.期待RM2到来


MISC已经接近之前Takeover price RM5.50,如果PETRONAS真的再来OFFER,是否要高过？？？

一些网友对SKPress 的看法
1. Cash flow - You buy this share at 10 cents cash per share, so you're buying this share for 20 cents only, free money.
2. No/Minimal debts - Cash is useful if full of debts but not this co, it won't go bankrupt unless armageddon.
3. Growth - Consistent growth in revenue and profit over 10 years except year 2009, you don't find a lot of this kind of companies
4. Slow company? - I checked that the share price is about 7 cents in 2009. Which means if you hold it till now, thats a growth of about 500% in 4 years. Maybe you can beat that trading hot shares. I don't know.
5. Excerpt from Peter Lynch's book "$20 stocks with $2 per share in annual cash flow has a 10-to-1 ratio, which is standard. A $20 stocks with $4 per share cash flow gives you 20% return on cash, which is terrific. If you find a $20 stock with sustainable $10 per share cash flow, mortgage your house and buy all the shares you can find. This co is standing at 33% cash flow return.
6. Personally I prefer the price not to go up so I can accumulate every year cheaply and watch it explode.

马来西亚小型property 股票

I have did some analysis earlier on small property counter in Malaysia.
As of last data in 2012, now I have update them according latest result 2013, with some estimation done.

As below table shown KSL and Plenitude now is property stock with highest NPM>30%, but the thing is KSL Sales and Net profit double, while Plenitude Net profit went down. Basically, top 5 Cresendo,WingTai Malaysia and Land & General doing not bad in 2013, with both increase in Sales and Profit margin. A suppose sign besides those big players like UEM Sunrise, MahSing and SPSetia etc.

之前写的，现在已经步入Last quarter 2013, 来review 下2014了：

“最近已经陆续买入MISC,YTLPOWER,HLIND等。STAR买入后起到RM2.80卖了。
最近注意的股票多了：
Keladi,L&G,Seal-Property股票，都是Laggard,等待最后涨潮然后买，因为都是p/e<10，还有机会涨。
GENM-最近看到会有坏消息在July公布，听说是环保组织做的抗议，可否再这个时候买入呢？
YTLPower-WB-大势都是下跌，他偏上？？privatise快来了？
另外注意Silver的价格，已经跌破usd20,想再加码！”

想加码的已经加了，目前自己关注科技股票及通讯类，觉得未来都是这些公司有发展潜能吧。
2014应该还会继续hold YTLP-WB，FACBIND就等他们privatise.
另外会关注一个本地通讯公司，还有想买入一个外国公司长期hold.silver如果跌破USD20应该会继续加
其他股票几乎已经达到我的心里目标价格，想快快清仓了。。。。Silver最近也大起，希望这个投机的可以卖点好价钱。INARI和SKPRES不懂如何处置。。。。可能维持原状？

上两个星期去买了本资汇，跟着就买入了SAM.没有EXPECT会太快有结果，打算HOLD 2-3年，逐步买入。买入价RM2.44,今天收市还跌到RM2.40。不过作为TEMASEK 在马股少有HOLDING的公司，我还是看好它。

最新业绩有IMPROVEMENT了。
