新项目带动　发林看好今年表现

（梳邦再也23日讯）发林（FARLIM，6041，主板產业股）预期2016財政年（12月31日结账）將有良好表现，净利会取得成长。

该公司主席兼行政总裁丹斯里林玉唐表示，这项成长主要由现金投资、即將完成的和新投资的项目、以及新推介项目所带动。

「我们在檳城和雪州有两项正进行的项目，以及在霹雳新推出的项目，料能够在今年为公司营业额带来良好回报。」

他是在今日出席股东大会后，如是指出。

发林副主席兼执行董事拿督斯里莫哈末依巴古帕表示，儘管2015財政年表现不如往年，但发林仍是一家有盈利的公司。

2015財政年，发林取得较低的税前盈利1823万令吉，相比前年同期的5641万令吉。

营业额则从2014財政年的2491万令吉，增至4639万令吉。

「我们是一家现金充裕的公司，持有超过1亿令吉的现金，在等待合適时机进行投资，尤其是在收购土地方面。」

他说，虽然市场目前存在一些不確定性，但该公司相信这是一个好时机，將部份现金用作收购，以供未来扩充之用。

至今，该公司尚未开发的地库有124.56英亩。

「不少卖家向我们献议，主要是因为他们了解我们的財务状况，意味无需通过贷款进行收购。」

不过，该公司注意到土地成本高企，公司需谨慎作出决定，以確保双贏的局面。

他也指出，发林目前正寻找位於檳城、霹雳、吉隆坡和雪州的土地。同时，林氏补充，展望未来，发林將持续发展可负担和有素质的房產，以满足中等收入群体的需求。【东方网财经】

（吉隆坡16日讯）发林（FARLIM，6041，主板产业股）宣布，以257万9000令吉收购MH财团（MH Consortium）100%股权，借此增加地库。

上述股权的卖家分别是SBG Land私人有限公司、Man Hoe控股私人有限公司、Meranti Tiga私人有限公司，和MSHK工程私人有限公司。

根据文告，此次收购将增加发林的地库，从而巩固本身在霹雳州的业务发展。

发林已呈交发展蓝图予有关当局，并等待批准，公司有意在该土地兴建住宅与商用单位。
