I am surprise no one understand. It's called stress test. Illustrate as follow:

The basic of the stress test as what you've illustrated is fully dependent on the rising of the interest rate.
With each % increment of interest rate there will be a higher increase of installment, i believe most of the people here know.

What i am querring is where is the source that state that the interest is going up???
You said that the interest rate is going up in 5 years time, isn't that too long to warn us???
