艾德科技轉虧為盈 特別派息每股20仙

（吉隆坡18日訊）艾德科技（ACOSTEC，7120，主要板消費）截至3月底2014財年首季轉虧為盈，並宣佈特別派息每股20仙。
該公司宣佈將在5月14日支付股東特別股息每股20仙。
艾德科技向馬證交所報備，首季淨賺114萬9000令吉，去年同期淨虧7萬令吉；營業額則按年下滑17%至3898萬令吉，去年同期為4681萬令吉。
不過，報備文件指出，該公司首季面對100萬令吉營運虧損，主要因為來自音響和電器業務較低的銷售表現。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡30日讯）艾德科技（ACOSTEC，7120，主板消费产品股）以1150万令吉，全售独资子公司给QVirtual资源私人有限公司。
艾德科技向马交所报备，以上述交易价脱售Formosa Prosonic化学私人有限公司。
完成交易后，公司将拨出交易所得的200万令吉作为营运资本，9500万令吉则用作生产和组装业务投资资金。
由于化学油漆业务走下坡，需求前景不明拖累赚幅走低，公司决定脱售业务止血，同时借此整顿业务，专注在生产和组装业务上。【南洋网财经】
