Hi ,

       Allow me summary to describe my car that you have expressed an interest .Still available for sell, it's in immaculate condition, meticulously maintained , hasn't been involved in any accident, with a clean title, no rust, nothing wrong with it.The interior is extra clean and very impressive. Fully paid, no lien/loan or any outstanding debts.Always serviced on time.

      Due to my work schedule I can't conclude this transaction personally ,only in high exceptions cases that will be presented bellow, because my Offshore Drilling Job Type involves a minimum 3 months departure on the sea ,currently located at one of Oil & Gas industry rig from Labuan Island .

Consider there are only two options available :

1)    You may choose a delivery to your location , so will be my responsibility  ....  taxes, documentation and bureaucracy will not be a problem ,as will be hiring a shipping agent and power it to do all in both names making sure all papers are properly documented , will alleviate most of the stress involved by both parties for a easy purchase.
      
     A)  The car is located in their warehouse from Labuan Teritory ( to enlarge my perspectives and reach more potential customers, i listed it outside Labuan also ) secure loaded along with all documentation sealed and packaged.I hope the vehicle location has no negative effect on you because shipping fees are lower and willing to bargain it ,that means are included in the full/final OTR-Amount payable: RM38,880.00 (also included : Puspakom Inspection , JPJ transfer of ownership,duty taxes etc ), beside this price will NOT have to pay anything else.The car is transported inside and therefore completely protected, it is insured with RM80,000.00 in case of any type of damages .The delivery will be door-to-door so you will not have to pick up in any port and go thru all that hassle.

     B)   I'll grant you a 7 business days of inspection period (to test it) from the moment you receive it, to decide if will accept or not, through a proper Sales and Purchase Agreement Contract , all this will be legally done .Basically, it's similar to purchase a car locally through them.The neutral company safe program provides reimbursement for ALL the situations that can appear in a transaction .

2)  Or you may take it from Labuan ,at the same price RM38,880.00 without anything included , from here will be your responsibilities to manage all to have it legal on Malaysia roads as well in your name (that's means : shipping ,Puspakom Inspection , JPJ transfer of ownership , duty taxes etc will be on your cost). In this case seller presence is needed so I will ask my superior to give the permission to leave the oil rig next day to conclude the purchase through a proper SPA Contract in accordance with Malaysia laws and get back at work ASAP in order not to lose my job , only if the bellow condition is fulfilled.

•        Single request : in both cases the deal can go further only if the buyer show Proof of Funds to reserve it , i can not take the risk to come or ship without a booking assurance required worldwide. You can be confident you are getting a great deal only if you take advantage of some of the benefits of booking/reservations through the mediator company to secure your purchase before other will do it , i only accept customers that have available a minimum of RM8,200.00 MYR for booking and balance how you may wish.

•        Reason to let it go :  I want to sell it because need urgent of cash due of my several uninspired decisions while investing in a possible business by that time, so end up with a lot of debts to be paid.

      If you're still interested reply ASAP with your free chosen option for further details, my suggest , as is fair to inform that i communicate with others too .In case you didn't agree let others to take it and do not lose both time as i am not here to convince to buy , if you are a genuine buyer shouldn't be any problem to purchase .

这种有可能是吊颈车，也就是直接卖断给你用，由路税有保险的，不犯法，只是这辆车是欠银行钱的。
