通常是他们给不到别人好价钱，
别人不干了~就找其他interview的人来顶替吧~ |

point of second interview:
a)2nd round interview- normally big big boss involve geh-handicap match
b)discuss your salary, remuneration and company's benefit.

上次我interview直接见MD料。。。 没有机会体验过2nd interview。。。 |

通常看second interviewer是谁先.
如果是HR就可以谈价钱,如果是更高级的上司却不是HR就别谈价钱. |
