向Tex 循环索赔 前董事诉讼被撤销

（吉隆坡10日讯）Tex循环科技（TEXCYCL，0089，创业板）宣布，上诉庭重申高庭撤销尤斯里向公司追讨50万令吉索偿的判决。

文告指出，尤斯里必须支付1万令吉的堂费。

2012年，Tex循环科技子公司Metro Koats科技提出控诉，要索取公司持有的汽车，该汽车在尤斯里辞下董事一职后，就由后者持有。

同年，尤斯里提出反诉讼，要Tex循环科技赔偿董事职位遭罢免的损失，总值为50万令吉等其他诉讼。【南洋网财经】

The Board of Directors of TEX CYCLE wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal has dismissed Encik Yusseri's Appeal with costs of RM10,000.00 in favour of the Company. The Court of Appeal affirmed the High Court Decision dismissing Encik Yusseri's claim for compensation of RM500,000.00. This annoucement is dated 9 October 2014.
