做sales的你们的commission怎么算？

全职的是电讯，Telco corporate sales, RM15 per line activation;

副职的房地产，60% of the 2% commission (from sales); 60% of the monthly rental (from rent)... I'm still under training so can only get 60%, but if the property I bring in is up RM50,000 commission, then I can get 75%.

我也是industrial selling, 抽2.3% from gross sales value，如果是from margin就少的可怜，因为我本身的底薪都不高。
我看到楼主你所说进工时抽3.5%from margin时，我就觉得很少了，除非你的底薪高，那么commision就变成incentives，做多做少影响不太大。
