Tiramisu也算Cheese做的啊﹐
小弟特別喜歡吃Tiramisu

我喜歡americano,marble cheese....tiramisu~~~frozen orange....mocha cheese...hazel nut~~~

New york cheese是我的最爱，cheese味不会太浓郁，味道是刚刚好。

十九岁生日那年，家人买了Original Cheese Cake为我庆祝。
Original Cheese Cake，ermm。。不是很好吃。。
呵呵～！是在Secret Recipe买的。

去年二十岁生日，家人买了Yogurt Cheese Cake 为我庆祝。
呵呵～～还不错啦～！也是在Secret Recipe买的。

二十岁生日，朋友也买了个Cheese Cake 给我。

是Original Cheese Cake。老实说。。。很不好吃。。［朋友别生气啦！］。。

朋友买的Original Cheese Cake 是在SunFlower 买的。。
可能摆太久了吧！cake 很硬。。

SunFlower 对不起咯！。。真的很难吃。。要改进咯！

我比较喜欢Black Forest,
因为里头有两层的厚厚地黑葡萄。

口水流了没？！！哈哈哈！！

makes 2 8 inch Cakes

   INGREDIENTS          QUANTITY
>>Unsalted Butter       85 g

>>Sugar granulated      215 g

>>Cream Cheese          975 g

>>Sour cream            45 g

>>Whipping cream        90 ml

>>Egg yolks             160 g (8 yolks)

>>Gelatin               11 sheets

>>Egg whites            240 ml (8 whites)

>>Sugar                 110 g

>>Vanilla               10 ml

>>Zest of one lemon     1 each   
   and one Orange

>>1/3 of white sponge cake for each cake

>>8 inch cake disc for each cake
       

STEP   METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.  Cream butter and sugar together.

2.  Add cream cheese slowly. Add sour cream and whipping cream.

3.  Mix flavours and zest with the egg yolks. Add slowly to the above mixture.
    Scrape down the bowl after each addition.

4.   Melt the gelatin, that been soaking in cold water. Melt in a pot over a stove.
     Temper the gelatin with some of the Cheesecake mixture.
     Add the tempered gelatin mixture to the rest of the cheese cake mixture.

5.   Make a meringue with the egg whites and sugar, fold into cheese mixture.

6.   Bake at 160*C. for approximately 50 to 60 minutes in a Bain Marie.
