    不是这样。Local transfer 有两种 在instaforex.my 你可以选 IB 是 KLCC  HQ or Selangor.

如果是instaforex malaysia ,Selangor branch. 的确是 进是RM 3.70 ,出是 RM 3.50

可是如果是KLCC HQ ,进是RM 3.80 ,出是 RM 3.60.

你的office 在哪里？？？

    你想用那种Ｐａｙｍｅｎｔ　Ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｏｒ？
除了用ｌｏｃａｌ　ｄｅｐｏｓｉｔｏｒ（也就是用马币直接汇入）其它的是你自己寻找兑换商来兑换的。
Ｌｏｃａｌ　Ｄｅｐｏｓｉｔ的利率是：
存入：ＲＭ３．７０
提出：ＲＭ３．５０

至于其它，如Ｌｉｂｅｒｔｙ　Ｒｅｓｅｒｖｅ，ＭｏｎｅｙＢｏｏｋｅｒ，Ａｌｅｒｔ　Ｐａｙ等等，那你就得自己
寻找最便宜的兑换商。

    完全不会 ，因为 有 margin stop.除非你的 leverage 太大。

比如说 ，一张contract 你 所需要的margin 是 100usd .你 leverage 10,  100/10= 10 USD ,你 需要 10USD 就 可以trade 了 。如果 你亏到 剩下 3usd,就会 margin stop 了。

可是如果你leverage 100 ,需要 的 margin 变成 1USD 了 ，亏到 剩下 0.30 usd ,就会 margin stop 了 。

除非 gap down or gap up.( 裂口 上升 or 裂口 下跌 。）---这个 多数发生在高风险的Forex pair (GBP/JPY)与 一些 期货 (e.g copper futures contract)
