工作範圍:
SECRETARY CUM ADMINISTRATOR
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant to Managing Director
- Handle Administrative & Secretarial function.
- Communicate with customer and suppliers in different markets this includes preparing price list & offers price negotiation , taking orders ,
- provide shipping details and payment collection follow up.
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas offices and staff.
- Communicate and coordinate with diff department ( Purchase , Sales , Account , Warehouse & Logistic) within our company
- Overall supervision of operations and provide timely support to customer.
Requirements:
- Should have international exposure.
- Good computer knowledge and willing to work long hours
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- Salary SGD2,500
