可是﹐吉隆坡的薪水比較高﹐ 通常都RM 2K-3K。
真的覺得在沙巴﹐ 一是為政府打工﹐否則一定要自己做生意。 |

我有钱都不在kk买,价钱根外国有的比。如果我有那样的钱我不会去外国买啊?至少外国买的是freehold ,kk买的是leasehold.改天要移民我还有地方住/帮我加移民的分 |

KOTA KINABALU -- Sabah's Housing and Town Development Board will construct 5,000 units of low-cost and middle-cost houses in Sabah each year under the 10th Malaysia Plan.
Its general manager Jenar Lamdah said the houses costing between RM42,000 and RM78,000 will be built in Tawau, Tungku, Lahad Datu, Pitas and Sook.
He was confident that the project would be able to meet the increasing demand for housing from among those in the low and middle income groups.
So far 40,000 applicants had been registered with the board for the houses, he told reporters at the Aidilfitri open house function here Sunday.
Jenar said the implementation of the project was in line with the state government's target to build 30,000 units of low-cost and middle-cost houses under the plan
