wah ur company also considered kind.. me lagi pity.. as a marketing need to do "mai" design work but salary also not so high.. ( but honestly banking line is higher pay ) i just hate the presssure n not necessary work such as design, out of marketer feild what although i know it but it doesnt bring me any additional benefits. one reason is my first job is designer.. designer is pity

但如果是个成功的designer的话就会变成超有钱的咯~~~~banking line is higher but nowadays most of the position available in bank line are sales agent......haih i dun lik pressure too, thts y i didnt apply in those bank line... |

一开工，2200，要是加佣金，加超时津贴，加假日工作，试过一个月接近3000，不过那也是我最后一个月………… |

是不是要depend on 拿什么level的？像， 1st honour degree出去的同学是不是会得到比较好的优惠的。。 |

不是每间公司都是看成绩来聘请员工的。。。handle interview 的能力也很重要.
但有些大公司就会看成绩来做他们的first round screening.... |
