还有就是当你们的status是graduated的时候，记得scan你们cimb account book的第一面email给finance，好拿回你们的500块 |

看网站写的，毕业袍一定要去cyber拿吗...记得往年都看到有毕业袍送来旧FOSEE底楼的...真麻烦，不知直接买一套会让钱包出血吗 |

资料和网站里找得到的大同小异，不过会更详细一些。
本来想放link过去，可是bulletin又down了
最近bulletin常常都是这样，尤其是十二点之后

MMU 10th CONVOCATION CEREMONY 2009
I am pleased to inform you that the Multimedia University 10th Convocation Ceremony 2009 will be held as follows:

: 8, 9 and 10August 2009
Venue
:MMU Grand Hall, Cyberjaya Campus.
For this event, we have designed a Convocation website, where all details and announcements pertaining to the Convocation are posted. Therefore, you are advised to constantly view the website for further updates and announcements. The website is accessible at http://smartcard.mmu.edu.my/2009_convocation/
Through the website, you are required to complete the following processes latest by 1 August 2009:
a)
confirm your attendance to the convocation ceremony (CONVOCATION REGISTRATION)
b)
submit the robe order form to SUPB Industries Sdn. Bhd. (RENTAL OF GRADUATION ROBE)
c)
check and verify your particulars (GRADUATE PARTICULARS VERIFICATION)

a)
Student Smartcard and Photo(Passport Size):
You are kindly reminded that your MMU smart card is essential for the Convocation. It will be used to announce your name and display your photo during the convocation ceremony.
Your card needs to be REGISTERED and TESTED prior to the convocation.
Registration and Testing of the card will commence a week prior to the convocation day. In the event that your MMU card is lost or is not working properly, you may use your MyKad (64k that bears Touch & Go Logo) for this purpose. If you do not have the MMU card or MyKad, you will need to pay RM20 (non-refundable) for a blank temporary card. Students who do not have the card and those who do not register and test their cards will not be allowed to go on stage to receive their scroll.
Pleasebe informed too that you are required to upload your recent photo (passportsize) upon registering for Convocation. Photos failing to comply with the sizementioned (passport size) will not be projected on the Convocation screen.Please check and confirm your photo and graduation details from the ConvocationWebsite – Graduate Particulars Verification.

g) Convocation Items:
TheConvocation Items (scroll, transcript, CD-Rom etc) will be distributed afterthe convocation ceremony. The location will be announced in the ConvocationBulletin one week prior to the Convocation Ceremony.
h)Invitation Card:
Theinvitation card for this event will be given to you upon collection of your robe(on the rehearsal day). This card is essential for entry into the convocationhall and all parents/guardians MUSTbring it along for the ceremony.
IMPORTANTMESSAGE FROM CREDIT MANAGEMENT UNIT:
The MMU management has the absolutediscretion of not to allow you from attending the convocation, should you failto make the full settlement of fees beforehand.
Please be informed that the paymentshould be made in full. However, Credit Management Unit would consider paymentin stages until the end of July 2008.Such request should be forwarded to Head,Credit Management Unit for his prior approval.
