Contents	:	Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s query letter dated 4 June 2009 (RefJ-090604-36058), requesting for the following additional information for public release: 1) The full details of the circumstances leading to the filing of the writ of summons and statement of claim The filing of the writ of summons and statement of claim by Malayan Banking Berhad against Chongee Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“Chongee”) and the Company arose from the default of the banking facilities provided by Malayan Banking Berhad to Chongee, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company had provided a corporate guarantee for the said banking facilities. The Company had on 13 March 2009 announced on the default of payment pursuant to Practice Note 1/2001 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and on 30 April 2009 announced the list of banking facilities defaulted. 2) The expected losses, if any, arising from the writ of summons and statement of claim Malayan Banking Berhad is claiming for RM20,973,241.44 owed under the said banking facilities as at 28 February 2009 and various other costs. As announced on 15 April 2009, the High Court of Malaya had granted the Company and its wholly-owned Malaysian subsidiaries a restraining order and the Company is actively working on a debt restructuring scheme with its financial advisors and the debt owed to Malayan Banking Berhad is part of the debt to be restructured. By virtue of the said restraining order, the claim filed by Malayan Banking Berhad can only be proceeded with the leave of Court. Hence, the Company is not able to determine the losses at this point in time. This announcement is dated 5 June 2009.

据我了解，这公司内部有问题所以帐务方面还未解决。。
