(i)        Proposed Par Value Reduction;
(ii)        Proposed Share Premium Reduction; and
(iii)        Proposed Amendment
On behalf of the Board of Directors of L&G (Board), RHB Investment Bank Berhad
(RHB Investment Bank) wishes to announce that the Company intends to undertake
the following proposals:-
(i)        Proposed reduction in the issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of L&G
pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 (Act) involving the
cancellation of RM0.80 of the par value of each existing ordinary share of L&G
(L&G Share) of RM1.00 each in issue ("Proposed Par Value Reduction");
(ii)        Proposed reduction of the share premium account of L&G pursuant to
Sections 60 and 64 of the Act ("Proposed Share Premium Reduction"); and
(iii)        Proposed amendment to the Memorandum of Association of the Company
("Proposed Amendment")
(Items (i) and (ii) are collectively referred to as the "Proposed Capital
Reduction" and together with item (iii) are collectively referred to as
"Proposals")

为什么明知他要5变1了,还有大把笨蛋排队买他??

其实，很多公司重组后都好像有好的炒作发展，因为清算了亏损帐目，然后可能还了一些钱，这L&G就可能以另一种姿态东山再起。

不过，这也只是可能，还要看管理层下一步怎么走。
