那個出名魚滑的國X也是有收5%的喔
現在就不懂啦 很久沒去吃了

如果谁吃了又不方便当面投诉，
回家条气又不顺，
今晚我看找不找得到那个e-aduan的link上来给大家循正当管道投诉
打击变相起价的无良商家 |

现在就不知道，不过上次我们吃1碗鱼片粥，2碗鱼片鱼滑干捞面，一杯lemon ping，一杯罗汉果，一杯air suam。。。结果竟然是RM28.30... |

SEMUA PENGUSAHA RESTORAN YANG NILAI JUALAN TAHUNAN MELEBIHI RM 3JUTA MESTI DILESENKAN DI BAWAH AKTA CUKAI PERKHIDMATAN 1975.
PASTIKAN ANDA MEMBAYAR CUKAI PERKHIDMATAN KEPADA PENGUSAHA RESTORAN YANG DILESENKAN DENGAN JABATAN KASTAM DIRAJA MALAYSIA.
1. Orang awam boleh menolak untuk membayar cukai perkhidmatan sekiranya restoran gagal menunjukkan lesen cukai perkhidmatan yang dikeluarkan oleh Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia.
2. Orang awam berhak meminta resit atau invois, tertera Cukai Perkhidmatan 5% atau tax inclusive 5%.
3. Orang awam boleh membuat rujuksilang senarai restoran yang dilesenkan di bawah Akta Cukai Perkhidmatan 1975 melalui laman web KDRM di alamat www.customs.gov.my, atau kepada Pengarah Kastam Negeri/ Ketua Bahagian Cukai Dalaman di Pejabat Kastam negeri-negeri berkenaan.
4. Orang awam boleh membuat aduan/ cadangan terus kepada Jabatan Kastam melalui E-Aduan atau kepada Ketua Bahagian Cukai Dalaman Negeri berkenaan.
5. Orang awam boleh mendapat dan muat turun maklumat/ panduan mengenai cukai perkhidmatan melalui laman web KDRM di alamat www.customs.gov.my di bawah tajuk Cukai Dalaman (Internal Tax) sub tajuk Cukai Perkhidmatan (Service Tax).
6. Untuk makluman, kesalahan tidak mendapatkan lesen cukai perkhidmatan dan tidak mengeluarkan invois jika sabit boleh didenda RM 5000.00 atau penjara tidak lebih 2 tahun atau kedua-duanya.
7. Service Charge dan Service Tax/Government Tax adalah berbeza.
Service Charge (10%) adalah bayaran yang dikenakan oleh pihak restoran itu sendiri untuk perkhidmatan (service) yang diberikan kepada pelanggan.
Service Tax/ Government Tax (5%) adalah dipungut bagi pihak Kastam Diraja Malaysia seperti yang tertakluk di bawah Akta Cukai Perkhidmatan 1975.

Kota Kinabalu: Twenty-four restaurants in Sabah are still required to collect the 5pc Government Service Tax.
Of this, 22 restaurant are, KFC (Sabah), Restoran Sri Melaka, Living Bread Sdn Bhd, Silverado Corporation Sdn Bhd, MLH Super Tanker, Kinabalu Ocean Seafood, The Perfect Brew Sdn Bhd, Grand Portview Seafood Restaurant, Family Food & Drink, Delitaly Sdn Bhd, Twinsky Seafood Restaurant Sdn Bhd, Gayang Seafood Restaurant, New Gaya Seafood Restaurant, Port View Seafood Restaurant Sdn Bhd, Restoran Sempelang Sdn Bhd, Tanjung Aru Seafood Sdn Bhd, May Flower Restaurant (May Queen Sdn Bhd), AJ Ashley Sdn Bhd, Prestiga Incentive, Port View Seafood Village, Markmaju Corporation Sdn Bhd (McDonald's) and Atlantis Seaworld Restaurant Sdn Bhd.
Disclosing this was the Director of State Royal Customs and Excise Department, Datuk Hj Mohd Yusof B. Hj Mansor, during a courtesy call by the committee members of Sabah Restaurants Fellowship Association (SRFA) led by its President, Lim Vun Chan. Also in attendance was Yusof's deputy, Abdullah Jawawi B. Abdul Latiff.
The said visit was aimed chiefly to seek clarification on the abolishment of the collection of the 5pc Government Service Tax on restaurants (Located Outside Hotel) with annual turn over less than RM3 million with effective from 1 July, 2008 for the next 12 months.
The abolishment was announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi last month, in a move to ease the burden of the business sectors in the wake of fuel price increase.
Yusof, however, pointed out that under the Service Tax Act 1975 (Act 151) & regulations and order (As at 5th July 2007), any restaurant with liquor licence in First, Second or Third Class Public House or First or Second Class Beer House will automatically fall under the second schedule (Regulation 3 and 4) Group D i.e. Night-Clubs, Dance Halls, Cabarets, Health Centres, Massage Parlours, Public Houses and Beer Houses and to continue collecting the 5pc services charge, even if the total annual sales turnover is less than 3 million.
The department will be issuing a notice of "Government Service Tax Licence" to these restaurants for them to display it at their premises, so as to keep the public informed.

不知是不是过了那个期限可以自由收取gov tax？
另外，娱乐场所和有卖酒的“酒店”也可收取
