Description	ATIS CORPORATION BERHAD (“ATIS” OR THE “COMPANY”) APPLICATION FOR A WAIVER FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO ANNOUNCE THE QUARTERLY REPORT FOR THE FINANCIAL PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2012 PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 9.22 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS (“APPLICATION”)
We refer to the announcement dated 7 November 2012 on the notice to shareholders in relation to the suspension of trading of the ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in the Company and the entitlement date for the selective capital reduction and repayment exercise of ATIS pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965. The Board of Directors of ATIS wishes to announce that the Company has on 8 November 2012 applied to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) for a waiver from its requirement to announce the quarterly report for the financial period ended 30 September 2012. Bursa Malaysia has approved the Company’s Application vide its letter dated 21 November 2012.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of ATIS, OSK Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the cheques for the capital repayment pursuant to the SCR have been despatched to the entitled shareholders of ATIS on 3 December 2012. In view of the above, the SCR has been completed on 3 December 2012.
