setia saleparson say . hope is 100% true saying. but confirm ecowold have buy 600 ekar of land , is up from SEC / jp perdana ,, they buy it from the drb hicom glemmary. you know the glemmary ?

king or prince or princess is ok. if SEC king of tebrau, mean all haus like jp perdana around it.. also i no like. better if nice haus is build there.
ecowold nice haus, gelmmary drb hicom nice haus. is good. area become pretty, many tree, water, . then more bisnes like mcdonel, bank, subway, paparich or more. is nice for future staying

如果是SEC以上的地。。。以后应该有direct exit从那里去desaru highway....

to the eastern side of SEC next to aurora fasa is jp perdanan land.. but now is kosong.. any new what the plan ?? is more jp perdana haus, 2 storey haus same to LA GARDEN????

有属于SEC的店屋，再往东就无法得知，可能JP Perdana hold着看看未来的发展怎样

Just do research, initially they wanna build glenmarie heights there, but then sold to Eco World instead if im not wrong, the piece of land should be just beside austin?

yap yap you correct. glenmary hight still have but smaller land. half of land sell to ecowold. drb haicom say ecowold is 'partner' for here build .
