我会要求严一点! 虽然会造成很多visitor的不便, 但也对residents也比较有保障!! 感觉上也比较high class, 不是"啊狗啊猫"都可以进的! 呵呵呵~ +1

我买sec就是感觉上比较high class
HH我不买的理由是感觉不到他的high class
我说的是他的 terrace house. |

各位有兴趣的朋友，与其看网站/论坛介绍，不如亲身去看看show house，还有那里的公园
虽然show house是第一期的“木材”,不过其实也是差不多和现在卖的一样
亲身感受，喜欢就买，就那么简单 |

txmxn mxlek或pxnderxsa, 回家在pxndan interchange肯定要塞。。。 而且还要在lorenzo之前的u turn。。。。 而且molxk那段txbrau highway也是时常塞的...

新的aurora其实用料比较没有那么好

last year still not early enough, 2011 is the best when they launched the cheapest price @ RM500k+

Close but not too close is a huge bonus, who knows the SEC owner may work in those commercial industry in 1 day?
This will boost the value of SEC in terms of investment as well.
Just wonder will EcoWorld new residential housing area more "high class" than SEC?
I wish SEC is still the king of Tebrau
