獲印度頒發22億合約　拉慕尼亞再添魅力-29th Jan 2008

（吉隆坡28日訊）拉慕尼亞（RAMUNIA，7206，二板貿服股）宣佈，獲得印度石油及天然氣機構（ONGC）頒發價值6億8500萬美元（22億令吉）的設計和興建海底油管的合約。


拉慕尼亞今日發出文告表示，其子公司拉慕尼亞國際服務公司和拉慕尼亞裝配有限公司，是在1月22日獲得石油及天然氣機構頒發這項合約，以執行B-193油田發展計劃的全部工程。

此工程計劃位于孟買岸外約60至90公里，水深60公尺至75公尺。

拉慕尼亞指出，此合約價值比該公司淨資產高出逾8倍。它表示，這項工程將對該公司2008至2010年的盈利作出正面貢獻。

該公司今早9時起暫停交易一日，停牌前微升1仙，至1.62令吉，成交量37萬3100股。

在上周，拉慕尼拉宣佈接受MISC公司總值32億令吉的倒置收購建議。

或重新估值

一名交易商表示，這是一項龐大的合約，市場之前已對該公司被MISC公司旗下的大馬航運及重型機械（MMHE）倒置收購的行動感到振奮。

他說，最新交易可能導致該公司被重新估值。亞歐美投資銀行最近將該股的投資建議，從「守住」調升至「短線交易」，目標價從1.23令吉，調高至1.70令吉。

大馬研究則將該股從「守住」升級至「買進」，目標價調高至2.40令吉。

Contents :

We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 6 December 2007, 7 December 2007 and 16 January 2008, and the notice to Warrant Holders dated 9 January 2008 in respect of the Adjustments (the “Notice”).

Pursuant to the Company’s renounceable restricted issue of up to 68,400,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each at a fixed issue price of RM1.00 each (“Restricted Shares”) to all shareholders of Ramunia save for Ramunia Energy & Marine Corporation Sdn Bhd and its related parties on a pro-rata basis of their respective shareholdings in Ramunia as at 5.00 p.m. on 19 December 2007 (“Entitlement Date”) ("Restricted Issue"), the exercise price of outstanding RAMUNIA-WA will be adjusted and additional Warrants will be allotted to entitled Warrant Holders in accordance with the deed poll governing the RAMUNIA-WA dated 30 November 2004.

As stated in the Notice, the final adjusted exercise price for the RAMUNIA-WA and the final number of the additional RAMUNIA-WA to be issued to the entitled Warrant Holders due to the implementation of the Restricted Issue shall only be determined after the closing date for acceptances and payments of the Restricted Shares by the entitled shareholders at 5.00 p.m. on 11 January 2008 (“Closing Date”).

Following from the Closing Date and the final level of acceptances of the Restricted Issue, the final adjustments to the exercise price and the additional number of RAMUNIA-WA to be allotted are as follows:-


For illustrative purposes, if a Warrant Holder held 1,000 RAMUNIA-WA as at the Entitlement Date, the additional number of RAMUNIA-WA to be allotted to the said Warrant Holder will be 78 RAMUNIA-WA.
