可是为什么ICPS现在就已值RM0.50呢？

Commencing after the end of year 3 from the date of issue until the maturity date, the ICPS is convertible into ordinary shares of the Issuer at the Conversion Price;

有没有可能转换是由TAG（issuer) 来转换，而不是由股东来转换，就好像债卷这样呢？

也不是不可能的，但需要耐心的等 ，我的目标还是RM1.20 to RM1.40   (RM2.00 less RM0.60)，我打算用两三年的时间慢慢的等，看我叔叔说的准不准。当然前提是他的dividend 要多过 fixed deposit。

Hwangdbs 的RM1.90应该是 EX后的目标价，但我的TAE目标价是EX前的RM1.80 to RM2.00 所以 less TAGB and TAGB-PA 的RM0.60 就是RM1.40了。
