谢谢分享，有看过这个网站。这里介绍的ok的吗？不过吃的东西很难讲的，每个人的口味都不一样。

这个网站我们住澳洲是很popular 的网站，ok的,你就跟自己的要求消费來search 一下，看各人要求是什么。不过像你说的,各人口味不一様，我覺得大家來到澳洲就要選差不多过得去的，像Hungry Jack 虽然便宜，但真的没什么水凖，我们住这里的人一般不会去。

你好，请问 waverock and pinnacle，从perth自驾，哪一个比较靠近呢？

七八月份是西澳最冷的季节， 经常有下雨， 天气预报最好买机票前一周查看好。

Margaret River是好选择， ...

rottnest island也是非常值得去的，要从Fremantle港坐船去要多少分钟呢?

Perth驾车很严格
Parking贵，路边的也要4。2aud,还限一小时
如果parking 场有些10aud一小时
变到有时我要回酒店休息都不舍得

31/05-租车到Magaret River, Wave Rock, 沿路上有什么景点？需要先过去Busselton Jetty 还是隔天才去？入住Sunflower (还没确定房间）
01/06-沿路回到Perth City...傍晚还车-入住The Royal HOtel
02/06-Rottnest Island
03/06-早上随便逛，中午到机场。

以下的租车条例，合理吗？bayswater的

Lease Terms & Conditions

1. The Renter agrees to: -

a. Return the said car to the Owner at the depot from which it was taken at the
agreed time stipulated.
b. Not apportion blame and assist the Owner with the recovery of damages.
c. Accept responsibility for a breach of these conditions by the co-driver, if one
is listed.
d. Not allow any other person to drive the said car.
e. Drive the said car only on sealed roads.
f. Not refuse to be tested for, nor drive whilst impaired by alcohol or drugs.
g. Report any accidents by providing all the details on the Owners accidentreport-
form forthwith and confirm those details with a Statutory Declaration
and police report,
h. Only have the car towed or repaired with the permission of the Owner. In an
emergency the Owner may issue an order number covering a quotation, to
recover the car.
i. A $25 administration fee for each traffic-infringement, in addition to the fine,
j. A $70 call-out fee for each RAC roadside service.
k. Not drive the car beyond 500km of Perth; excluding Kalbarri, Kalgoorlie &
Esperance. (A prior $100 endorsement extends usage to Exmouth, Kalbarri,
Kalgoorlie, Esperance; excludes Hedland, Broome, Darwin).
l. Not use the car for security patrols, or courier deliveries.

2. The Renter warrants thats s/he, and the listed co-driver, are the holders of a valid
motor driver's licence.

3. The Renter agrees to the following apportionment and limitations of costs, by
authorising to have the credit card debited or paying the Owner on the agreed return
date:
a. The charges as agreed on the face hereof.
b. A $400 maximum for each occurrence of damage, or $0 where Top Cover is
selected, irrespective of fault, including: windscreen damage, tyre damage,
lost Satnav and lost keys.
c. Damages related to a breach of these conditions; including: wilful damage and
theft-damages where keys have not been returned to the Owner.
d. If damages are disputed, the Owner will provide an itemised assessment with
photos.

4. If within 30 minutes from signing the Renter returns to the Owner to raise a doubt,
about the car or the conditions being satisfactory, the Owner will cancel this
agreement and reimburse the full deposit.

5. The Owner's business hours are from 8 am to 6 pm weekdays. From 8 am to 12 pm
Saturdays. The Perth and Bayswater offices are open on Sundays 9 am to 11:30 am.
Subiaco and Fremantle offices are closed Sundays. All offices are closed Public
holidays. The said car shall be charged for until checked in by the Owner during
business hours. Each whole 24 hour period shall be charged as 1 day. One quarter of
the daily charges will apply for each hour over 24 hours (e.g. A 26 hour term would
be charged as 1 1/2 days).

6. Should the said car not be returned within the agreed time stipulated, the Renter may
be deemed to have stolen the car and the Owner may take steps to regain possession,
including police action and nationwide circulation of personal details with
photographs.
