The Board of Directors of Destini is pleased to announce that M Rail Technics Sdn. Bhd. (“Railtec”), a 70%-owned subsidiary of Destini, had on 26 June 2025, accepted a letter of award from Ministry of Transport Malaysia for the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (“MRO”) Level 3 (L3) of Nine (9) Electric Train Sets 93/2 Class (“Contract”). The value of the Contract is approximately RM71 million. Further details of the Contract are set out in the attachment below. This Announcement is dated 26 June 2025.
