("AEMI OR EPCC MACHINERIES CONTRACTOR") | Pursuant to Rule 9.03 of ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“ACE Market Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of FINTEC wishes to announce that Fintec Glove [Registration No. 202001025522 (1381842-A)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 19 November 2021, entered into Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning Agreement (“EPCCA”) with AEMI [Registration No. 200301024456 (626876-T)] to undertake the project of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of up to 14 glove-dipping lines for the purpose of manufacturing medical grade nitrile gloves in the gloves manufacturing facility which is currently being developed on the vacant land held under Pajakan Negeri 210005, Lot 304994, Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta, Negeri Perak, measuring approximately 18,746 square metre (“Project Site”).
The ongoing development of the gloves manufacturing facility is expected to be completed on 28 February 2022.
Fintec Glove and AEMI are referred to singularly as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
